How is Medisray's clinic software price structured?
Medisray’s clinic software price is a flat monthly fee, not a per-booking commission. Plans start free, the Clinic Plan is ₹999/month, and the Growth Plan is ₹1,999/month. You keep 100% of what patients pay you, always.
What happens during beta? Are features still being added?
Medisray is in early access, which means new features are being released regularly. You get to shape what we build, early users get direct access to our team and influence the roadmap. Beta pricing is locked in for you as long as you stay subscribed.
How are WhatsApp and SMS reminder credits counted?
Each reminder message sent counts as 1 credit. Credits reset every month on your billing date. Unused credits don’t carry over. If you need more, you can top up anytime. No contract, no expiry on purchased packs. Email reminders are always unlimited and never consume credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. No notice period, no cancellation fee. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing cycle. Your patient data can be exported before you leave.
Do you charge a commission on appointments?
Never. You pay a flat monthly fee, nothing more. Whether you see 10 patients or 500 in a month, your bill stays the same. No per-booking charge, no percentage cut, no hidden fees. Ever.
