Is Medisray Free really free forever?
The Free plan runs at no cost through our beta period, with no expiry date set. When beta ends, we’ll introduce a permanent freemium tier. Doctors on the Free plan today will move to a favourable pricing path; you won’t be cut off.
Is there any commission, transaction fee or hidden charge?
No. Zero commission on bookings. UPI QR payments settle directly to your bank with no cut to Medisray. We make money only from paid plans when clinics grow.
What is the catch?
Honestly; the catch is that we are betting early users love the product enough to upgrade once they outgrow the Free tier. If they do not, we have not earned the upgrade. If you never upgrade, we still lose nothing other than a bit of hosting cost.
How is this different from Practo Ray's free trial?
Practo Ray’s trial runs for 7 days and then pushes you to a paid plan. Our free plan has no timer running in the background. Use it for a week, use it for a year. The clock isn’t ticking.
Does it work as a cloud clinic software without installation?
Yes. Medisway is fully cloud-based. There’s no software to download, no server to maintain, and no IT support needed. Open a browser, log in, and start. Works on desktop, tablet, and phone.
